3-Stall Garage and Patio Get a Full Flake Floor Upgrade

This one covered a lot of ground - literally. We coated a spacious 3-stall garage in our Gracious flake blend and finished the back patio with a Domino flake system built specifically for outdoor use. Two different spaces, two different products, one clean and consistent look throughout.

The garage floor is where the Gracious blend really shines. Up close, you can see the mix of white, black, and gray flakes locked under a high-gloss topcoat. From a distance, it reads as a smooth, neutral gray that works with just about any garage setup. It also hides dust, dirt, and light debris between cleanings - which matters more than most people realize until they have a floor like this.

The patio was a different challenge. Outdoor concrete takes a beating - UV exposure, rain, foot traffic, temperature swings. That's why we used a full outdoor flake system for this one. The Domino color on the patio coordinates well with the Gracious inside, so the whole property feels intentional rather than pieced together. The surface has built-in texture that keeps it slip-resistant even when wet, which is a big deal on a patio people actually use.

A flake floor system isn't just a cosmetic upgrade. The layered build - base coat, flake broadcast, and a durable topcoat - creates a surface that's genuinely tough. It resists hot tire pickup, chemicals, and moisture. And when something spills, it wipes right up instead of soaking in. That's the practical side that most homeowners end up appreciating most after the fact.
